The Basics of ICF
The principles of ICF are where you lock up the thermal mass, the concrete, with two insulating panels that keep the thermal mass at a constant tem perature, therefore it doesn't ;matter whether you have a blizzard or a firestorm outisde, it remains at a constant temperature inside.
